We have the League of Legends Patch 12.7 Preview, this time courtesy of Tim “Riot Truexy” Jiang.

He added his thoughts, saying that with MSI approaching, League of Legends Patch 12.7 focuses on “shaking up the meta's dominant picks and adding some new ones that we haven't seen.”

Most of the champion changes this time focuses on the top half of the map. Interesting champions are given a power-up this patch like Karthus, Wukong, Neeko, and the brothers Yasuo and Yone. These champions are vastly different from the current professional meta champions that we see being played in the major regions, but without seeing a lot of the actual changes, it's difficult to form an opinion. In any case, it's a good start to accomplish the “meta shake-up” that Riot Truexy mentioned.

These changes might not all be in Patch 12.7, or in any patch at all.

League of Legends Patch 12.7 can be expected to hit live servers sometime mid-April.
