One of the benefits PC gaming has over consoles is the ability to mod the games to your heart's content. One modder took modding Final Fantasy 7 Remake too far, and even she herself knows her FF7R Mod is as cursed as it gets.
As spotted by Polygon, Twitch gamer louiseyhannah shared her gameplay on Twitter featuring a modded version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake on PC. In the tweet, Hannah showcased two hilarious but cursed mods that may have taken things a little bit too far.

“I should never have been allowed mods for final fantasy 7 remake,” she writes on her tweet. Why, you ask? Well, watch the video for yourself to know why.
If you're scared of getting a virus from clicking on a cursed video, then we'll just share what's in it with you. We've watched the video so you won't have to. In the video, we see Cloud wearing a princess outfit (and still lifting his Buster Sword like a boss) doing regular Cloud things – beating Shinra soldiers up and clashing swords with Sephiroth. Wait, did we say Sephiroth? I meant Ronald McDonald. Yes, I mean the clown guy at McDonald's. Why anyone would mod the McDonald's mascot on Sephiroth is beyond us, but we'll admit that it's rather hilarious. And that's what mods are for, anyway, right? We just hope that everyone who picks the mod up actually gets a Happy Set.
Sadly, mods may be a thing that players will need to fix some problems in the game. Final Fantasy 7 Remake has had a rocky release on PC, in spite of the great source material it has.
