Athra Surges like Vayu's Wave in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown give Sargon special abilities that empower him throughout his adventure. However, the game only gives players five of the ten possible Athra Surges just by normally progressing through the campaign. To earn the Vayu's Wave Athra Surge, players must complete Artaban's first nine challenges. The challenges include:
- Standard Attacks
- Launchers
- Aerial Attacks
- Charged Attacks
- Enemy Reactions
- Defensive Option
- Advanced Movements
- Parry
- Athra Surge
After completing the ninth challenge, Athra Surge, the player should receive Vayu's Wave. Overall, these challenges are very simple, and we honestly recommend doing them. Of course, they might feel like boring tutorials, but they're pretty quick to accomplish. Typically, these challenges require a player to perform a specific action three times.
Artaban can be found in the Lower City, located on the right side of the map. He is above the mage who gave you your first amulet in Haven. The game conveniently lets you know when you're hovering over him in the map screen. Overall, Artaban offers the player over a dozen challenges, but only nine need completion to receive Vayu's Wave.
Furthermore, we recommend completing all 13 of Artaban's challenges if you want to receive a trophy/achievement. Additionally, speaking to Artaban after completing the challenges nets you 450 shards/crystals

Vayu's Wave lets Sargon emit a powerful wave from his blades that knock back enemies. However, the end of the move can be interrupted. Overall, you can use it from the ground or the air.
