Golden Tate's wife isn't happy with the New York Giants franchise at the moment.

During New York's Week 8 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday Night Football, Elise Tate sounded off on her husband's lack of targets on offense.

“Getting so many texts throughout the game GT WIDE OPEN WIDE OPEN WIDE OPEN. I KNOWWWWW,” Elise Tate wrote about Golden and the Giants on her IG story.

“I mean yeah given ONE chance in the fourth quarter of course he comes down with the ball! He’s @showtimetate!! SO UNDER UTILIZED. AS HIS WIFE I CANNOT EVEN WATCH WITH ONE EYE OPEN!!!!”

The Giants decided not to trade Golden Tate at the NFL trade deadline. With that said, the former Notre Dame star will have to spend the rest of the season with the lowly New York franchise, who won't make the playoffs this season.

Tate hasn’t had more than seven targets in a game this campaign. He has caught 22 balls on the season through seven games for 226 yards and two touchdowns.

New York is 1-7 on the season after losing to Tom Brady and the Buccaneers by two points. Giants quarterback Daniel Jones threw two terrible interceptions in the contest, as he continues to be a turnover machine in the pros.

Tate and Co. are back in action in Week 9 against the Washington Football Team. Let's see if Golden gets more targets in that game after his wife's outburst on IG about the Giants.
