New York Giants head coach Joe Judge raised eyebrows when he seemingly took a shot at the Washington Football Team during a wild postgame rant following his team's blowout loss to the Chicago Bears. Judge seemed to reference the Washington Football Team's sideline fist fight in his defense of the Giants organization. Washington head coach Ron Rivera responded to the comments and then Judge seemingly downplayed those comments during his Wednesday session with the media.

“No. I just made a comment toward any outward disfunction — my focus is on getting our team ready right now for Washington. You can make a lot of a lot of comments I’ve said in the past. Right now, I’m focused on getting the team ready for Washington this weekend,” Judge said.

Giants head coach Joe Judge walked back his comments, which were totally a subtle dig at the Washington Football Team, clarifying that he meant them as “a comment toward any outward dysfunction.”

Judge is likely walking back his comments because they found their way to Football Team head coach Ron Rivera, who basically insinuated that Judge has no idea what he's talking about.

There could be some added tension between the Giants and the Washington Football Team, as well as between Joe Judge and Ron Rivera, when the two teams meet in Week 18.
