The Miami Heat will be without Jimmy Butler again on Thursday when they face the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks.

Butler missed Tuesday's game against the Boston Celtics with right foot soreness and he'll sit out versus the Bucks as well.

The Heat somehow defeated the Celtics without Butler. The extent of his injury is unknown, but it is safe to assume the issue is a nagging injury since Butler is one of the tougher players in the NBA and has been known to play through pain.

After the game against the Bucks, Miami is back in action on Saturday against Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns. If Butler doesn't play in that contest, then there might be cause for concern for Heat fans.

In his first season with the Heat after playing for the Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves and Philadelphia 76ers, Butler is averaging 20.2 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists in 56 starts. The five-time All-Star and former Most Improved Player of the Year is also shooting 45.6 percent from the field and 83.7 percent from the free-throw line.

The Heat missed the playoffs last season, so Miami fans are excited to see Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo lead the franchise at Disney World. While most pundits believe the Bucks are going to win the East now that Kawhi Leonard is out West playing for the Los Angeles Clippers, don't be surprised if a healthy Heat team comes out of nowhere and shocks everyone .
