Israel Adesanya has a very successful YouTube channel that he uses to make different content including breakdowns and general updates. He sat down in a recent video to a ‘rant' and also to talk about his teammates' respective fights at UFC 266.

He starts off by admitting he didn't really want to do a breakdown as his mind was somewhere else. He started to break down the issues his teammates had with their training camps.

“The constant effort to stifle, to break up, to disrupt our team City Kickboxing from helping team captain Dan ‘Hangman' get ready for his fight, that pissed me off the most,” Adesanya said in his video. “If it was me, I already know, they don't like me, the bureaucrats of this fucking country… also, they are racists, some of them are fucking racists, of course, they don't want a black boy representing New Zealand but you're doing this to Dan ‘Hangman' Hooker… Dan drapes his country over his shoulders at the weigh-ins, on the walkout, he puts this country on his back.”

Israel Adesanya also details how Journalists in New Zealand have been camping out in front of the City Kickboxing gym and taking pictures of people going in and out of the building.

This gets everyone in trouble as the country has strict COVID-19 protocols. This affected everyone's training and Dan Hooker had to do his training camp at home.

Israel Adesanya also said he would never fight in New Zealand again. He feels the people built the sport and he doesn't want to put money in the government's pockets.
