Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Yannick Ngakoue was pumped to help the Jags win their first playoff game since 2008 as they beat the Buffalo Bills, 10-3. But while expressing his delight at the big win, the second-year pro also revealed how Bills offensive lineman Richie Incognito allegedly threw some racist slurs at him during the game.

This is hardly the first time Incognito has been accused of using racist language. He infamously harassed former Miami Dolphins teammate Jonathan Martin, which involved him using some race-based abuse. Warren Sapp also alleged that Incognito called him the “n-word” during a game, and Incognito was caught on camera by TMZ saying that same word.

The NFL has come out and said it will investigate the accusations Ngakoue has made against Incognito, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Meanwhile, Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins, who is also African-American, has come to his teammate’s defense on Twitter.

“Just for the world to know, everyone always tryna put some bad thing on [Incognito] i was next to my guy the entire game and the entire season and believe me, if he was saying some racist stuff I would have been the first to let him know that was out of line. Cut The BS.”

Given his significant track record of that type of behavior, a lot of people will be quick to lay down their judgment on Incognito. And regardless of whether the investigation finds him guilty or not, it will nevertheless be another blow to Incognito's public persona that he continues to be linked with such unsavory behavior.
