A survey by The Athletic had a total of 109 NBA players take their best guess as to where Kevin Durant will be playing next season, with most arriving to the conclusion that he will leave the Golden State Warriors for the New York Knicks as an unrestricted free agent.

  1. Where will Kevin Durant be playing next season?

As was the case two summers ago, when Durant left Oklahoma City behind and joined the Warriors, the landscape of the league will be drastically altered by what he does this July. And yes, for anyone who wondered, the league-wide chatter about him signing with the Knicks has not dissipated.

The smoke coming from reports of Durant joining the Knicks are too much to ignore without thinking there’s some sort of fire causing it all.

Reported ties between his business partner and longtime friend Rich Kleiman, who once was open about his intent to run the Knicks front office, have been strong, along with his desire to partner up with another elite-caliber player in Kyrie Irving.
