Kyle Kuzma says the Los Angeles Lakers must focus on ball movement if LeBron James doesn't play against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday.

The Lakers are listing James as doubtful. LeBron currently leads the NBA in assists per game:

The Lakers are 24-5 on the season. They have the best record in the Western Conference.

James hasn’t missed a game this season. The four-time MVP and three-time champion is averaging 25.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 10.6 assists while shooting 49.6 percent from the field, 35.6 percent from beyond the arc and 67.7 percent from the free-throw line.

It's a good news, bad news situation for the Lakers on Sunday. The bad news is that James might be out, but the good news is Kuzma will likely return to the lineup after missing five games with an ankle injury. Kuzma has appeared in 20 games this season and is averaging 11.1 points and 3.4 rebounds while shooting 43.3 percent from the field, 36.0 percent from beyond the arc and 69.2 percent from the free-throw line.

If LeBron is out, Lakers superstar big man Anthony Davis' usage rate will be off the charts. However, LA has to have balanced scoring to defeat a deep and talented Nuggets team. Rajon Rondo will see more time at the point guard spot if indeed James is sidelined.
