Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is officially 5-0 as a team captain in the All-Star Game. His squad rolled to a 163-160 victory over Team Durant on Sunday night in Cleveland thanks to a game-winning fadeaway jumper from The King himself. But, there is no way Team LeBron would've come out with the win if it wasn't for the brilliance of eventual MVP Stephen Curry, who dropped a ridiculous 50 points, with 48 of them coming from downtown.

Following the contest, LeBron had the ultimate praise for Steph and also claimed he has to be from a different planet after that type of masterclass. Via NBC Bay Area:

“Steph, c’mon man, this guy is from a different planet,” the Lakers forward said. “He literally has an automatic sniper connected to his arm, and when he lets it go, not only himself but everyone on the floor, in the stands, on TV, on their phones, think it’s going in every time. And nine times out of 10, sometimes 10 times out of 10 it does go in. So to be out there and watch that kid from Akron as well shoot the ball the way he shot it, it was unbelievable, it was pretty cool.”

Curry went 16-for-27 from downtown and was chucking up triples at a ridiculous rate. He was clearly trying to showcase his best skill for the fans. As for LeBron, who spoke out on his future with the Lakers over the weekend, he dropped 24 points, dished out eight assists, and grabbed six rebounds.

Now, it's time for Bron to hopefully lead the Lakers on a much-needed winning run in the second half. As for Steph, his Warriors are sitting pretty with the second-best record in the league and could very well win the West now after learning about Chris Paul's thumb injury, which is set to keep him out of the Phoenix Suns' lineup for 6-8 weeks.
