There is no way to know for sure who the greatest basketball player of all-time is; it seems like the goalposts are always moving, making it difficult to come up with a concrete answer as to who the GOAT is. But this is exactly what makes these discussions so much fun, with Los Angeles Clippers wing Terance Mann the latest to add to the discourse by declaring that Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is his GOAT.

On his YouTube channel, the Clippers glue guy firmly proclaimed why he thinks the Lakers star is not just The King, but also the GOAT.

“Number 1 of all time is LeBron James. I don't wanna get into why because that's just controversial. At his age, at his years in the league right now, I think he’s making an obvious case of being the GOAT,” the Clippers wing said on TeranceMannTV on YouTube, via ClutchPoints Twitter.

Longevity is one of LeBron James' strongest suits in the GOAT debate; it's borderline unparalleled what the Lakers star is doing, as he remains one of the league's best players despite all the mileage he has racked up in his illustrious career. He's also about to turn 39 in a month's time, making everything he's doing an even greater marvel.

Of course, some of the arguments against James' GOAT case is that he has gone 4-6 in the NBA Finals, compared to Michael Jordan's pristine 6-0 record. But Terance Mann knows just how difficult it is for James to make eight consecutive NBA Finals, and for him to dominate despite his ever-revolving supporting cast.

“All the Finals he went to, let alone all the Conference Finals he went to in a row, all different teammates he's had and done it. Going from team to team and doing the same thing, having the same numbers, it's just like, it's almost obvious at this point [who the GOAT is],” Mann added.

Props must go to Terance Mann for not allowing his Clippers allegiance to cloud his view of LeBron James' career, as he did make a few strong points as to why the Lakers star must be considered the greatest to ever step foot on the hardwood.
