The Los Angeles Lakers came up with a much-needed win on Sunday over the Detroit Pistons, 110-106. LeBron James came up big for LA, scoring a team-high 33 points as he led the Lakers to their 11th win of the season.

LeBron is still dealing with an abdominal injury that kept him out for a couple of weeks. It appears that the Lakers star re-aggravated the injury on Sunday which has sparked rumors of LeBron potentially sitting out Tuesday's tilt against the Sacramento Kings.

James was quick to play down the issue, however. According to the Lakers All-Star, he should be good to go against Sacramento:

“Nah, I'm alright. I'll be ready to go Tuesday,” LeBron said (h/t Michael Corvo of ClutchPoints).

James was seen icing the injury after the game so the fact that he's confirmed his intention to play on Tuesday is certainly a welcome development for the Lakers. Then again, you never know with LeBron. LA could very well decide to give him the night off against the 8-13 Kings.

It is worth noting that Anthony Davis, who is also dealing with a right head contusion, has been listed as probable for Tuesday night.

The Lakers kick off their December slate with a highly-anticipated matchup with cross-town rivals, the Los Angeles Clippers, on Friday.
