A former Laker challenges celebrity and Youtube boxer Logan Paul to a boxing match.

Swaggy P's career stats may not hold him above other stars, but his on-court antics and popularity should suffice, making him a memorable Laker.

Nick Young tweeted a challenge to Logan Paul earlier today, sparking mixed reactions from fans on social media.

Paul, who currently has 23.2 million subscribers, joins the growling list of YouTube boxers. Celebrity boxing has been a popular trend within the sport, sparking endless debate on whether or not the movement actually benefits boxing entirely.

Although, despite the mixed stances on the topic, celebrity boxing has drawn added viewership and cash. Logan Paul has three fights to his name: a draw and loss against fellow YouTuber KSI and an exhibition against legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather.

Somehow, Paul has successfully dragged his name into boxing. Matching up with a fan favorite like Swaggy P surely stirs some excitement around both basketball and boxing fans.

Young is no stranger to challenging others; In May, Swaggy P jokingly challenged former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson on Twitter.

As of now, Logan Paul hasn't replied to Young's tweet. However, a matchup like this can be intriguing; Paul stands at 6 feet and 2 inches, weighing 189.5 pounds during his last bout against Mayweather. On the other hand, Young has a height advantage; he is 6 feet and 7 inches tall, with an estimated weight of 210 pounds.

Previously, former NBA player Nate Robinson got knocked out by Logan's brother, Jake, in a boxing match. However, before the fight, Robinson garnered the attention and support of numerous personalities across the NBA.

If this fight comes to fruition, indeed, the former guard for the Lakers can get the same type of love too.
