The Denver Nuggets season is now over after they went down against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the playoffs. The Nuggets won it all last season, but they were unable to defend their crown this year. Now that the season is over, talks about players' futures begin. Michael Porter Jr. signed a five-year contract extension with Denver back in 2021, but there have been talks about him potentially not returning to the Nuggets next season. According to betting odds, the Los Angeles Lakers are the team that is most likely to sign him.

Michael Porter Jr. finished this past season averaging just under 32 minutes per game. He averaged 16.7 PPG, 7.0 RPG and 1.5 APG. Porter Jr. scored a little bit better last season, but this year was pretty on par with the best seasons that he has had in his career.

Porter Jr. has been in the NBA for five seasons now after starting off in 2019. He has spent his entire career with the Nuggets, but there is a chance that things change next season.

According to BetOnline, the Lakers have the best odds to land Porter Jr. for next season if he is not on the Nuggets. Los Angeles has +300 odds. Here are the top 1o teams with the best odds to get Porter Jr.
