With a selection by his hometown team, the Los Angeles Lakers, only one day away from taking place — UCLA freshman Lonzo Ball was able to throw in a quick recruiting pitch to LeBron James, who's been heavily speculated to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers yet again when the opportunity arises.

Ball was a guest of SportsCenter's The Six with Michael Smith and Jemele Hill, and after some light convincing from the former, gave it his best shot at a possible partnership with the King.

“LeBron I like to win, I know you like to win — I think our games can help each other out a lot and every time you want the ball, just let me know, it's gonna be there,” said Ball in a playful recruiting effort.

Hard to know if James is willing to play with Ball after the comments his father, LaVar, made earlier in the season — mentioning the small likelihood that James' kids would live up to their dad's greatness.
