Mike Tyson served up a beating to a fan who was bothering him on a flight earlier this year. The story obviously went viral. However, Tyson hasn't said much about the incident… until now. The boxing legend told Jimmy Kimmel what led to him losing his cool and punching the fan on an airplane, via TMZ.

Tyson described himself as being, “irritated, tired, high, and pissed off.” He was clearly at a breaking point once the fan began constantly bothering him.

The TMZ article stated that Mike Tyson was not charged with a crime despite the fan hiring an attorney. But it also alluded to the fact that a financial deal may have been met between Tyson and the obnoxious fan.

Tyson's actions were met with universal approval. Many people believe that the fan deserved what happened after pushing Tyson to the brink.

Terrance McKinney of UFC shared a message for any future fans who may want to taunt professional fighters.

If y’all see a fighter out and about don’t taunt them or annoy them. All you’re doin is clout chasing for social media or tryna get a lawsuit going. Leave them alone unless it’s all positive. Let them live #miketyson

Also, not pissing off Mike Tyson should be common sense.
