Kareem Abdul Jabbar has become the latest NBA personality to speak out against Donald Trump. Over the last couple of days, Trump has taken a slew of criticism from countless big names around not only the United States, but the world as well, and some of the most prominent NBA figures have even spoken out against him. LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Jamal Crawford, and even Kobe Bryant have made their feelings be known on social media, and on Wednesday, NBA legend and longtime social activist Abdul-Jabbar took to Facebook for a post condemning Trump and his lack of condemnation for neo-nazi's and white supremacists.

Here's what Abdul-Jabbar said (in case the photo above does not load):

Despite the cowardly first response of President Trump to the violence in #Charlottesville, real heroes emerged who deserve our praise and admiration: Heather Heyer, who was killed speaking out against racism, as well as CEOs Kenneth Frazier (Merck), Brian Krzanich (Intel), Elon Musk (Tesla) RichardTrumka and TheaLee1 (AFL-CIOC), ScottPaulAAM (Alliance for American Manufacturing and Kevin Plank Under Armour, all resigned from the president’s American Manufacturing Council in protest of his tepid non-condemnation of violent racists. Trump said, that those who left his councils were “not taking their jobs seriously” and were “leaving out of embarrassment.” But it is Mr. Trump who should be embarrassed. Fighting systemic racism is the new abolition movement.

Left in utter disbelief with the course of action Trump took over the last couple days, James spoke out and straight up called out Trump for not condemning the neo-nazi march, as did Bryant and Crawford.

These athletes weren't the first to speak out and they certainly won't be the last as Trump continues to dig himself a hole that's going to be tough to climb out of.
