In line with the recent shooting incident in Las Vegas which left more than 50 people dead and hundreds more injured, NBA teams, as well as their players, are trying to come up with ways to help the victims and their families. From raising awareness on social media, to donations they have made, they are all doing their best to help them move on from the unfortunate incident.

The Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings have also found a way to help, as it has been reported by Arash Markazi of ESPN, that all proceeds from their preseason game on Sunday will benefit those who were affected by the shootings.

The gesture is truly a class act from both organizations, as it shows that they are very much concerned with the welfare of victims of the tragic act of violence. The game can also be expected to be a highly emotional one, especially because it will be played inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

It remains to be seen if there will be other teams that will also donate the proceeds of their preseason games to the victims, however, with the NBA continuing to be active about different issues the country is facing, it won't come as a complete surprise if they will follow suit.
