As a basketball fan, nothing is more incredible or heartwarming than seeing the star player of your favorite team just randomly show up at your local park. That's exactly what Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving did recently.
The Nets star just showed up at a random park in Brooklyn to the delight of the people playing there. He was wearing a comfortable outfit and a smile that made him approachable to fans.
The one-time NBA champion with the Cleveland Cavaliers gave one of the fans a beautiful lob that was dunked superbly. Irving also played a bit of pickup with the fans.

His appearance is a brilliant move that will surely get seats at the Barclays Center occupied. After all, nothing gets fans raring to go than a star that is universally loved by the fan-base.
Kyrie will be spending most of his athletic peak at the Barclays Center after signing a four-year, $141 million deal with the Nets. While his best friend Kevin Durant is likely out for the whole 2019-20 season, he should be able to carry Brooklyn to the playoffs.
He would provide more than enough production from the point. He finished his disappointing 2018-19 campaign with a respectable stat line of 23.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
It will be an exciting time for both Irving and the Nets. In fact, Brooklyn is so eager to rub it in on New York Knicks fans that they will be giving away 10,000 Irving jerseys on the night they play the Knickerbockers
