When it comes to Boston Celtics guard Terry Rozier and Milwaukee Bucks guard Eric Bledsoe during this best-of-seven playoff series, there was a lot of headlines about a beef between them.

Once the Celtics finished off the Bucks with a 112-96 victory in Game 7 at TD Garden, both embraced one another on the court shortly after the final buzzer sounded.

“You got two guys that want to win, two chippy guys, two short point guards you know just out there having fun,” Rozier said, via Christopher L. Gasper of the Boston Globe. “If it takes for us to go back and forth and jaw back and forth or battle, push each other, it’s whatever. That’s just part of the game, but at the end of the day, you know we talked after the game.”

Bledsoe also said that he and Rozier walked away from the series without any hard feelings towards each other.

“I mean, it’s the playoffs. What do you expect, us to be out there shaking hands and giving out hugs the whole time?” Bledsoe said. “That [stuff] ain’t going to happen. He had a hell of a series, man, I got to take my hat off to him.”

In seven starts this series for the Celtics, Rozier averaged 17.6 points on 41.5 percent shooting from the field, 6.7 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per game in roughly 35.9 minutes of action per contest.

Rozier and the Celtics will start their Eastern Conference semifinals series against the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday night at TD Garden.
