Zach LaVine continues to build his legacy in Windy City, this time reaching a milestone in only his fourth year with the Chicago Bulls.

With a 3-point make early in Chicago's contest against the Golden State Warriors, LaVine has now moved into 10th all time in Bulls franchise history for triples made with 352.

This milestone should tell fans two things.

First, the modern NBA is predicated mainly on 3-point offense and teams are shooting more triples now than ever. As a result, 3-point records are being shattered across the league. It seems that every year there is a new long-distance record being broken.

Secondly, Zach Lavine has made a real impact with the Bulls since his arrival.

LaVine wasn't selected to the All-Star team last season despite a big campaign. He averaged over 25,5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game while shooting 45.0 percent from the field and 38.0 percent from deep.

Even though the Bulls were nowhere close to the playoff picture, Lavine was definitely a bright spot in Chicago.

This season, LaVine is surrounded by some really good young talent. Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr. and Coby White are all emerging stars in Chicago and could contribute to the Bulls making a playoff push.

It's nice to see another Bulls player creating milestones. Since Derrick Rose's significant injuries, they haven't been very good. LaVine gives the team a legitimate No.1 scoring option and can fill the seats (when seating is permitted) with high-flying dunks and long-range bombs.
