Touchdown Mavs! Luka Doncic played quarterback on Friday against the New York Knicks and he hit Dallas Mavericks teammate Tim Hardaway Jr. with an epic full-court pass.
Here's a look at Doncic's pin-point pass which resulted in an easy deuce for THJ (h/t Mavs on Twitter):

Check out Doncic's awesome display of court vision in this particular play. As soon as he secured the rebound, he looked up to survey what was going on in the court. He only needed a quick second to decide what he wanted to do. Doncic did not even take a dribble as he hit Hardaway with a perfectly weighted outlet pass. Luka's precision is just tremendous.
The Mavs entered this matchup sitting in the seventh spot in the West. Despite their current standing, however, a postseason berth is anything but guaranteed for Dallas at this point. Only three and a half games separate them from the 10th-placed San Antonio Spurs and a string of losses will almost certainly lead to the Mavs sitting on the outside looking in.
Despite the brilliant play, Doncic and the Mavs trail at home 56-52 at halftime. That assist was one of Doncic's nine in the first half.
Doncic and Co. are off on Saturday but they return to action on Sunday against the Sacramento Kings. They take on the defending champs, the Los Angeles Lakers twice next week (Thursday and Saturday).
