Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks is enjoying his first taste of the annual NBA All-Star extravaganza in mid-February during the Rising Stars challenge.
Just before the game, the Slovenian sensation can't help but be amazed with the All-Star festivities and added that the Euroleague should have something like this, too.

Prior to entering the NBA draft, Luka Doncic had already played professionally in Europe from 2015 to 2018.
Article Continues BelowDoncic was a star in Europe, bagging the EuroLeague MVP last season at just 19-years old, becoming the youngest ever to do so. Unfortunately, according to the third overall pick of the 2018 draft, the EuroLeague does not have a weekend of to recognize the top stars in the league, and most importantly, interact with the fans.
As mentioned, the Mavericks super rookie participated in his first All-Star event Friday night during the Rising Stars challenge, a game that features the top young prospects in the NBA today. For those who don't know, the game features twenty of the best first- and second-year players in the NBA, where ten of them are under Team USA and the other ten are part of Team World.
The Wonder Boy had a pretty sub-par showing in this year's edition of the Rising Stars. Luka Doncic finished with just 13 points on 5-of-12 shooting, while adding five rebounds and nine assists.
Still, despite his lackluster game, Doncic is still the top candidate to win Rookie of the Year. Doncic has had a sensational rookie campaign so far and has taken the league by storm with his signature step back threes and clutch shots. On the season, Doncic is currently averaging 20.7 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 5.6 assists for Dallas.
