Leadership is a crucial ingredient needed for any successful team at all levels. It's also a characteristic that you can't necessarily teach. This season especially as of late, we've visually seen the Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry doing everything he can to lead his crew to a playoff birth. Usually, forward Draymond Green is the vocal leader, but recently, it's been, Curry. When asked about finding his style of leadership, Curry told Clutchpoints.

“At the end of the day, I can only be myself, and that's kind of what I was trying to hint to earlier when I was talking about it's just a feel thing,” Curry said. “So it's not like I have a syllabus for the year, and you hit your checkpoints, and I got to start talking about this, I got to start talking about that. It's just the feel of what's happening. Try to be proactive, especially with a lot of young guys who are trying to develop.”

The Warriors are juggling the arduous task of developing young players and fighting for a playoff spot. The leadership from Curry, Green, and injured all-star Klay Thompson is more needed than ever. In an attempt to summarize his leadership style, the Warriors superstar said this.

“I care about winning. I care about every guy in the locker room, and that comes out naturally as you go through a season,” Curry declared.

When one of the world's best players is your teammate, and he feels this way about you and your team, you do everything you can not let them down, and that's what we expect the Warriors to do, finishing the season.
