Andre Iguodala and Stephen Curry have a long and storied history together. The two players first joined up in 2013, when Iggy joined the Golden State Warriors. Since then, the duo have been through a lot together: from winning championships to struggling in the biggest moments of their tenure.
It's no surprise, then, that Curry was a big reason for Andre Iguodala's return to the Warriors this year. Iggy had nothing but praise for the two-time MVP prior to their Finals series this year, saying that he was a special player in today's league. (via SF Chronicle)
“Every team I’ve ever been on, I’ve hooked up these relationships, but this is a special place for me, in terms of just playing with Steph.. I think we take for granted the special players and the special talents, because we’re too close to it, but you don’t meet too many Steph Currys. … That’s motivation (to me), to make sure the guys around him are locked in, because they can take that for granted, as well. He’s the foundation of it all.”

Curry is indeed one of the most special players in the league today. A big reason for that is the Warriors star's unselfishness, which manifests in many different ways. Whether it's coming off the bench to feed the hot hand or hustling on the defensive end, it's clear that Curry is dedicated to the team in ways other stars don't do.
That mentality from Curry is a big reason for the Warriors' success this season. Now, his hard work might pay off, as he has the chance to win the fourth title in his historic career.
