Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors has 18 games with at least nine makes from downtown.
He holds the record for this feat, right behind him are Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers, JR Smith, and Klay Thompson with just five.

He tallied his 18th game with at least nine 3-pointers on Wednesday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He finished with 41 points and shot 9-of-14 from downtown. He also had nine rebounds, seven assists, and one turnover.
The two-time MVP leads the league with 5.1 makes from downtown per game. He also shoots at an impressive 49 percent clip from 3-point range. Right behind him is James Harden of the Houston Rockets with 4.2 threes per contest.
When someone says that he's the greatest shooter in the world, no one ever doubts those claims. And on Wednesday night, in just his third game back after missing 11 games, Curry proved that he hasn't lost a step and remains hot from downtown.
The Warriors struggled when he was out, dropping 6 of the 11 games. The losses basically proved that Curry is the focal point of the Warriors' offense. Now that he's back, the team is slowly trekking back to their old winning ways. The NBA better watch out.
