Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry's renewed sense of vision has helped greatly since first getting some contact lenses to help correct his astigmatism, a condition he has had throughout his whole life, but had worsened over the years.

The Warriors sharpshooter had shot a pedestrian 36.6% from deep after the All-Star break, but recently broke out of his slump, making 56 of his last 109 3-point attempts, a blistering 51.4% from beyond the arc:

In addition to that, Curry has now shot 50% or better from distance in his last five games, making 43.8% of his long-range attempts for the season, despite attempting a career high in volume at 12 per game.

It's tough to fathom how Curry managed to become a 43% career 3-point shooter with such blurred vision through the first 10 years of his NBA career, and scary to think how much more of a sharpshooter he can be with more crystalline vision.

Curry has made 340 of his 777 3-point attempts this season, the second-best total mark of his career after the legendary 402 made triples in 2015-16, which is an all-time season record.

“Steph Blurry” is soon to put on the “Steph Flurry” most of his fans have been accustomed to as the playoffs approach, having nearly locked up the No. 1 seed in the West and preparing for a long postseason run to come.
