Golden State Warriors superstar point guard Stephen Curry says the city of Toronto has “amazing candy.”
Curry lived in Toronto as a kid. His dad, Dell Curry, played for the Raptors from 1999-2002.
“They have amazing candy. They have this brand called Maynard… When I go there I always stock up,” Warriors guard Stephen Curry said about Toronto.

Games 1 and 2 of the NBA Finals are in Toronto. It's the first time the Warriors don't have home court advantage in the Finals since they started this Finals streak back in 2014.

Curry has been on a scoring tear since Kevin Durant got hurt in Game 5 of the Warriors' second round series against the Houston Rockets. The two-time MVP is averaging 35.8 points, 7.6 rebounds and 6.6 assists over his last five games while shooting 46.6 percent from the field, 41.7 percent from beyond the arc and 95.3 percent from the free-throw line.
The Warriors are fortunate to have Curry, as well as Klay Thompson and Draymond Green playing at a high level with KD out.
Golden State has already ruled Durant out for Game 1 on Thursday, so Curry has a great shot at winning his first Finals MVP in this series.
If the Warriors win the 2019 title, it will be their third straight ring and fourth championship in five years. Curry has already established himself as the best shooter of all-time. Now, the star has his eyes set on becoming the best point guard in league history.
