LeBron James hardly surprises Dwyane Wade anymore with his achievements, but the Miami Heat icon couldn't hold back his amazement after the Los Angeles Lakers superstar surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's scoring record.

On Saturday against the Golden State Warriors, LeBron dropped 26 points, 15 rebounds and eight assists in a losing effort for the Lakers. Despite the defeat, The King did enough to claim the record for the most combined points in the regular season and playoffs, surpassing the previous mark set by Abdul-Jabbar.

James ended the night with 44,157, eight points more than KAJ's 44,149 points. While Kareem remains the record-holder for the most points in the regular season (38,387), the Lakers leader is certainly inching closer at 36,526 at the time of writing.

After the incredible feat, Wade took to Twitter to share his thoughts about James' historic feat.

Dwyane Wade played with LeBron James for the better part of his career, so it's not surprising he's no longer shocked by what he does. He's just used to the Lakers star's greatness.

However, there is no denying that what LeBron has done is remarkable. After all, being the leading scorer in both the regular season and playoffs is no easy feat and speaks volumes on the consistency, longevity and greatness of James.

LeBron is still playing at a high level at age 38, so it is safe to assume he'll be surprising Wade and a lot of fans in the future.
