Los Angeles Lakers guard Rajon Rondo still has some spring in those 34-year-old legs, as he stifled Jimmy Butler's shot in Game 3 of the NBA Finals.
In the third period of the closely contested match, the Miami Heat All-Star thought he had a free lane to the hoop after getting past initial defender Markieff Morris. But waiting for him at the apex was the 6-foot-1 Rondo, who refused to be put in a Butler poster.

Unfortunately for the Lakers, Rondo's momentum caused him to collide bodies with Butler and he was called for a personal foul. Foul or not, that was surely one hell of rejection from the one-time NBA champion.
Jimmy Buckets even had some appreciation for Rondo's fine defensive play judging by his reaction afterwards.

While that year was marred with dysfunction in the Windy City, the pair of grizzled veterans learned to have mutual respect for one another.
