When you think of NBA players as model citizens, the first players who come to mind are most likely LeBron James and Stephen Curry.
After all, LeBron just built a school for impoverished kids and Curry is known throughout the league for organizing fundraisers and philanthropic events.
But what about on-court etiquette? Both players are known as fierce competitors who have lost their temper on multiple different occasions, resulting in technical fouls and ejections.
Memphis Grizzlies guard Mike Conley has outdone both these superstars in that aspect.
In 11 seasons with the Grizz, Conley has never been hit with a technical or flagrant foul and has never been ejected from a game.
In comparison, LeBron has amassed a total of 63 technicals and five flagrant fouls, and Curry has a total of 15 techs.

Conley's gentleman-like demeanor has not gone unnoticed in the league. In 2015-16, he was awarded the NBA Sportsmanship Award, given to the player who “exemplifies the ideals of sportsmanship on the court with ethical behavior, fair play, and integrity.”
Conley is simply unshakable. Take this incident with Pat Beverley:

In such a heated situation, many NBA players would have thrown punches. Not Conley. He went the opposite route and actually shook Beverley's hand after being maliciously dragged down.
In an age where it's normal for star players to rack up technicals and consistently risk suspension for having too many in the regular season (looking at you, Draymond Green), it's refreshing to see a player with so much talent maintain his temper no matter what happens.
