The Oklahoma City Thunder will try to maintain their narrow one-game lead over San Antonio in the Western Conference standings when they visit the Spurs on Thursday night.

The Thunder opened as 1.5-point road favorites for Thursday's game, although the status of Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge (knee) could cause the line to move leading up to tipoff.

Oklahoma City makes the trip to South Texas after dropping a 108-105 decision to the visiting Portland Trail Blazers as a 4-point betting favorite at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com on Sunday, marking its second loss in three outings ahead of Thursday night's Thunder vs. Spurs betting matchup at AT&T Center.

Despite their recent swoon, though, the Thunder maintain a tenuous grasp on fourth place in the Western Conference standings, one game up on both the Spurs and the New Orleans Pelicans entering the final two weeks of the regular season. But OKC has struggled with consistency during a 7-6 SU run on the road, covering just five times during that stretch, and is winless straight up and against the spread in its past two road dates with the Spurs.

The Spurs face struggles of their own after losing outright as betting favorites in a pair of road contests this week, capped by a 116-106 loss in Washington as 2-point chalk on Tuesday.

This week's losses put an end to San Antonio's longest SU and ATS win streak of the season at six games, but the Spurs remain a powerhouse on home court, posting SU wins in seven straight, and trail only the Toronto Raptors and Houston Rockets with a sparkling 29-8 SU home record.

Later on Thursday night, the faltering Golden State Warriors look to end a two-game SU and ATS slide as they host the Milwaukee Bucks. The Warriors have struggled since losing two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry to injury, going 3-6 SU in their past nine, and have been held to 91 or fewer points in three of four, including an 89-75 loss to the Spurs as 8-point road underdogs last Friday.

Despite its recent woes, though, Golden State remains a solid -105 favorite on the odds to win the NBA championship for the third time in four years.

The Bucks travel to the Bay Area after opening their three-game road trip with a 105-98 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers as 3-point underdogs. Milwaukee is winless SU in four straight road dates with the Warriors, but has covered in seven of eight, including six as a betting underdog.
