The streak lives on for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Following the selection of Chris Paul to the 2020 NBA All-Star Game, the team has now had an All-Star in each of the past 11 seasons, the longest streak of any team in the league.

With 18 players named to the All-Star Game since 2010, the team has the second-most appearances in that span, trailing only the Miami Heat, who have had 19.

Paul joins a formidable group of Thunder All-Stars in Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Paul George, who have kept the team's All-Star streak alive since 2009-10.

Having been dealt to Oklahoma City during the off-season, Paul has been named to the All-Star team for the first time since the 2015-16 campaign when he was still a member of the Los Angeles Clippers. Two injury-riddled campaigns in Houston kept Paul from earning his elusive 10th All-Star nomination until this season.

Durant began the team's run of All-Star berths in 2009-10, just the team's second season officially in Oklahoma City. He went on to lead the league in scoring that year, before being joined during All-Star Weekend by Westbrook. Durant made the All-Star team in each of the six seasons following that, as Westbrook logged eight All-Star appearances with the Thunder before his off-season trade to Houston, which coincidentally enough had him swap places with Paul.

There has been much speculation around Oklahoma City and how they will handle Paul and his contract moving forward.

Even though he is in the midst of his age-34 season, Paul appears to have been reinvigorated by his move to the Thunder.
