The Washington Wizards failed to even their first-round series with the Toronto Raptors, as they fell victim again to the Eastern Conference's top-seeded team in Game 2 on Tuesday, 130-119. The series is far from over, but this hurts a lot for Washington, who are now down 0-2 in the first round.
The setback probably stings a little bit more for Kelly Oubre Jr. after he was called a “bum” in the middle of the game by Raptors superfan and global ambassador Drake, but if it does, he’s doing a magnificent job of hiding his damaged ego.
Speaking to Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN, Oubre said he is not taking Drake’s trash talking seriously.

Oubre came off the bench in Game 2 and fired 14 points in 12 minutes of action. That’s a respectable improvement from the measly three-point output he had in Game 1, but still, his production was not enough to push Washington to a win.
Oubre and the Wizards will take their turn hosting the series on Friday. Washington has won three of their last five outings at home.
