The Green Bay Packers will face the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday in a battle of legitimate Super Bowl contenders in Week 15. It's time to continue our NFL odds series and make a Packers-Ravens prediction and pick.

This is obviously a huge matchup for both teams. The Packers have played their way to a 10-3 record, which is tied with two other teams for the best in the NFC. Another win here could give them a leg up in the race for the lone bye week to start the postseason. The Ravens are under a bit more pressure here, as they don't even have their division title locked up. The Cincinnati Bengals and the Cleveland Browns are still hot on their heels, so a win here would go a long way in securing another division title. This should be one of the best matchups of the weekend, so let's get into the pick.

Why The Packers Could Cover The Spread

Green Bay has been one of the best offenses in football all year long, and that should show in this matchup. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been especially brilliant, and this is the perfect game for him to continue his great play. Baltimore has been consistently torched by opposing passers, shown by the fact that they allow 266 passing yards per game. That's the second-worst number in the NFL, and it's likely Rodgers surpasses it easily. To make things even better for the Packers, the Ravens allow 7.4 yards per pass attempt, another one of the worst numbers in the league.

The Ravens started the season by suffering a plethora of injuries, and that unfortunate trend hasn't really slowed down. Three starting offensive linemen have missed practice this week, and star quarterback Lamar Jackson will also be questionable for this one. Starting defensive lineman Calais Campbell will likely miss this game along with starting cornerback Chris Westry. Things have been absolutely brutal in the injury category for this poor Ravens team, and the Packers will benefit from that here.

Why The Ravens Could Cover The Spread

Assuming Jackson plays here, this offense should control the ball efficiently. Green Bay doesn't typically allow many rushing yards to opposing teams, but that's because teams need to pass to catch up to them. The Packers actually 4.5 yards per carry to opposing ballcarriers, one of the worst numbers in the league. If Jackson plays, the Ravens should be able to control time of possession and move the ball on the ground nicely throughout this contest.

The Packers haven't been immune to injury either. Aaron Rodgers is dealing with a toe injury that has held him out of practice for weeks now, but he appeared to aggravate the injury in a Week 14 matchup with the Chicago Bears. He certainly won't practice this week, but seems set to play. Star defensive tackle Kenny Clark, a key piece in the Packers' run defense, will also miss this game because of the NFL's health and safety protocols.

Final Packers-Ravens Prediction & Pick

This game is nearly impossible to predict at this point. There are injuries to key players on either side, so taking either team seems like a huge gamble. However, at least one of the starting quarterbacks should play well, which means the over is a decent pick here.

Final Packers-Ravens Prediction & Pick: Over: 43.5 (-106)
