Who said punters can't hit?
Atlanta Falcons punter Matt Bosher proved anyone who thought that wrong on Sunday afternoon, laying a vicious hit on Carolina Panthers returner Kenjon Barner.

Got to love Bosher's reaction, too. Not sure I've ever seen a punter that fired up. Bosher came into Sunday with 50 punts on the year, accumulating 2,249 yards and an average of 45 yards per boot.
The 31-year-old, who played his collegiate football at the University of Miami, was originally selected by the Falcons in the sixth round (192nd pick overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft.
He has been Atlanta's punter ever since, missing just one game over his eight years in the league.
Article Continues BelowThe Falcons came into Sunday's action with a record of 5-9, marking the first time they will miss the playoffs since 2015. Last year, Atlanta won 10 games and lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Divisional Round of the postseason, and two years ago, the Falcons famously made it to the Super Bowl and blew a 28-3 lead over the New England Patriots, resulting in a devastating loss.
Atlanta was expected to be a solid team this year, but it never really looked competitive at any point of the season.
The Falcons began the year with a record of 1-4, and after winning three straight games to improve to .500, they then dropped five in a row, with their offense reaching 20 points just once during that span.
Atlanta finally ended its losing skid last week with a blowout win over the Arizona Cardinals.
After battling the Panthers on Sunday, the Falcons will head to Florida to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next week.
