The Dallas Cowboys suffered a brutal 31-14 Week 3 loss to the Chicago Cubs on Sunday. They struggled to record points despite managing to record 395 yards of total offense. To make matters worse, it appears Trevon Diggs and Kenny Clark both suffered injuries on Sunday.

Reports indicate that Diggs suffered a shoulder injury, while Clark is dealing with an ankle injury, according to Todd Archer of ESPN. Both players were initially ruled questionable to return. However, neither of them returned to action.

“Trevon Diggs is questionable to return with a shoulder injury. Same with Kenny Clark (ankle).”

The 27-year-old cornerback finished the day with two solo tackles before suffering the shoulder injury. Meanwhile, Clark, who was the player the Cowboys received in the Micah Parsons trade, ended the contest with one assisted tackle. It's unclear how long they will each be out for, as the organization will monitor both Trevon Diggs and Kenny Clark before making a final decision.

It's been a roller coaster of a start to this season for the Cowboys, as the team is now 1-2 through three games of play.
