For Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones, there is no question Aaron Rodgers deserves to be in the MVP conversation.

While Rodgers has had his fair share of controversy this season and the fact that there are a lot of standout players this 2021, Jones doesn't think it's far-fetched for the Packers star to win MVP. After all, winning matters in the said debate, right?

The Packers remain the best team in the NFL with an 11-3 record, and if that is not enough proof, Rodgers has the numbers to back it up. Jones emphasized as much after they took down the Baltimore Ravens, 31-30, in a rather close encounter in Week 15.

“(He's) leading this team to wins, and he looks good doing it too,” Jones said of Rodgers, per Ryan Wood of Green Bay Press-Gazette.

Aaron Rodgers threw three touchdowns against the Ravens, tying Brett Favre for the most TD passes in Packers history. He completed 23 of his 31 passes for 268 yards en route to the record, extending what has been a brilliant run for him.

As Stat Muse highlighted, Rodgers has already accumulated 14 touchdowns without an interception in their last four games. He has completed 70.5 percent of his passes for 1301 yards on a 127.7 QB rating. If those are not MVP numbers, we don't know what is.

The Packers have also officially made the playoffs with the win, clinching the NFC North division title and becoming the first team to secure their spot in the postseason. As Aaron Jones suggested, that's what MVPs do.
