The NFL offseason has been filled with news this year. Between free agency and the NFL draft, there is plenty to gossip about. However, with Aaron Rodgers aging, the future of the Green Bay Packers franchise is up in the air.
During an interview on ESPN, Rodgers speaks with Kenny Mayne. When asked about staying in Green Bay, Rodgers doesn't necessarily give a committed response, per Field Yates.

Probably not the answer Packers fans were hoping for. But this is the opinion Rodgers had last offseason once the front office traded up to draft Jordan Love in the first in the round. It's sometimes hard to remember that the NFL is a business. Teams will make decisions based on what they believe is the best for the franchise. With Rodgers being 37 years old, his time is ticking in Green Bay.
For now, Rodgers remains the starting quarterback for the Packers. He's under contract through the 2023 season, however, his dead cap hit drops down to just $2.852 million, per Spotrac. If the franchise moves on from Rodgers, 2023 seems to be the perfect year to do so, as it would make the most sense financially.
Going back-to-back years making the NFC Conference Championship game, it's likely Rodgers runs it back again with Green Bay, with the hopes of winning the Super Bowl in 2021.
