Green Bay Packers interim head coach Joe Philbin used both of his available challenges less than two minutes into Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Philbin is now the leader on the Green Bay sideline after the team fired Mike McCarthy following the Week 13 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
However, it's certainly been an interesting start for the offensive-minded Philbin, who decided to challenge two plays in less than two minutes to start his first game as the team's head coach.
The worst part? Neither play was overturned.
Packers interim coach Joe Philbin has used both challenges in the first 1 minute, 23 seconds of debut. Both rulings stand.

That's certainly not an ideal when you consider that the Packers will now be unable to challenge a play for the remainder of the game.
Article Continues BelowIt was the Falcons that struck first in the game with a Matt Ryan passing touchdown to Julio Jones to give Atlanta a 7-0 lead, and hopefully for the Packers, they won't find themselves in a situation where a potential challenge could alter the outcome of the game.
Of course, while a win would undoubtedly be nice to give Green Bay a step in the right direction after a wild week, the biggest concern moving forward is finding the right coach to replace McCarthy.
The Packers have a solid nucleus in place right now, and with a few tweaks here and there, they should be able to return to the top of the NFC with someone like Aaron Rodgers under center.
After the matchup with Atlanta, Green Bay will head to Chicago for a Week 15 game against the Bears.
