It was a disappointing end to four years as the Las Vegas Raiders head coach when Jon Gruden stepped down on Monday following leaked emails containing homophobic, sexist, and racial comments. It almost seemed inevitable that it had to happen though, given the backlash and embarrassment he was facing.
Gruden's son, Deuce Gruden, is the assistant strength and conditioning coach and it appears he will keep his job, despite his father resigning:
Even with his father resigning tonight as the Raiders’ head coach, Deuce Gruden remains the team’s strength and conditioning assistant coach.

The Raiders also announced who will be taking over for Gruden:
Rich Bisaccia will serve as Interim Head Coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, effective immediately.
Coach Bisaccia will meet with the media at the regularly scheduled media availability on Wednesday.

Rich Bisaccia has been an assistant/special teams coach for the Raiders across the last four seasons. He's been coaching in the NFL for 20 years and previously worked under Gruden in Tampa Bay.
After the racial email was revealed, Gruden made sure to apologize to the organization and the players. At that point, it seemed like he would keep his job. But on Monday, when the anti-gay and sexist emails were leaked, it was essentially game over for the Raiders head coach. In the process, he will be sacrificing $60 million across six years after signing a huge $100 million deal in 2018.
It will be interesting to see what Jon Gruden's next move is, but it seems unlikely he will be coaching in the NFL anytime soon. To be honest, he might never see the sidelines ever again after all of this. As for his son, it looks like he is staying put.
