For the Oakland Raiders, Sunday's matchup against the Indianapolis Colts presented an opportunity to make a statement. The Raiders wasted no time. They were able to put up points very quickly with the help of Trevor Davis.

Davis was acquired from the Green Bay Packers on September 18th and in his first contest playing with his new team was able to show exactly why the Raiders traded for him.

Oakland is also facing a few injuries to the wide receiver position with J.J. Nelson and Dwayne Harris both inactive for todays game. That gave Davis a window to maybe earn more playing time after making his electric play.

Not only was Davis able to display his speed, as he beat everyone to the end zone, but in addition he was able to show his ability to run through blockers and tight spaces.

With how impressive Indianapolis has looked, the Raiders will take all they can get from Davis.
