During the fourth quarter of the Los Angeles Chargers' matchup with the Oakland Raiders on Thursday Night Football, Philip Rivers connected with Austin Ekeler for a crucial go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter.

The play came at a needed time with the Chargers facing a 20-17 disadvantage with just 4:11 remaining in the game. They didn't need a 3rd or 4th down conversion to get it done. as they managed to cap off the drive off with a touchdown on 2nd & Goal.

The advantage the Chargers held on the scoreboard did not last as Josh Jacobs later managed to score an 18-yard rushing touchdown to put the Raiders up 26-24 with 1:02 left in the game. Either way, Ekeler's touchdown was needed at the time that it was scored.
