Legendary quarterback Tom Brady has officially retired from the NFL after a decorated 22 seasons in the league. The farewell messages have been pouring in since the announcement on Tuesday, but TB12 came out himself on Thursday and released a bone-chilling retirement video that will surely make the hairs on your arms stand up.

TB12 announced himself that he was hanging them up at 44-years-old, taking to social media to post a heartwarming message, detailing that he no longer has the competitive edge that is needed to perform at the highest level. After over a decade in the NFL though, Tom Brady has absolutely nothing left to prove.

Many were surprised to see that Brady left the Patriots out of his farewell message, but he actually ended up thanking them in a whole separate thing. After all, they are the team who took a chance on him in the 2000 draft.
