The New England Patriots recently made the news when Julian Edelman was arrested for vandalizing a car in Beverly Hills after jumping onto the hood of the vehicle. Just a couple days after his arrest, Brady trolled Edelman by posting a picture on his Instagram.
In the picture, Brady was holding a bottle of his “TB12 Electrolytes” to remind Edelman to stay hydrated. On the night of his arrest, Edelman was seen hanging out with Danny Amendola and Paul Pierce at a local restaurant in Beverly Hills.
It was determined that the veteran wideout was consuming alcohol before he damaged the car. Following his arrest, Edelman was released and it doesn't appear that there will be any additional charges made against him.
With Edelman realizing he made a mistake, Brady is making light of the situation. Brady and Edelman have spent the last 11 seasons together in New England and have been one of the best quarterback/wide receiver duos in the NFL.
Therefore, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Brady and Edelman are close friends off of the field. Over the years, both have spent plenty of time together outside of football.
To the dismay of Patriots fans, there's uncertainty surrounding Brady's future with the team. At the least, it appears he doesn't appear to be too concerned about his future.
Even though Edelman was let off the hook for his arrest, he still made an unjustifiable mistake. Maybe the next time he goes out, he'll be carrying around a bottle of “TB12 Electrolytes” with him.
