If you saw Brett Favre and Peyton Manning driving around in a green old-school convertible in eastern Wisconsin on Saturday, it's not because the Green Bay Packers are looking for an experienced backup to Aaron Rodgers.
Favre was back in his old stomping grounds to film a guest appearance on Manning's new ESPN series, Peyton's Places. The pair toured around town in Bart Starr's car, the aforementioned convertible, and also hung out at a bar in Vince Lombardi's old house. The episode of Manning's show including Favre will debut on ESPN+ on July 15th, when four other installments will also be available for streaming.

Peyton's Places is a new series on ESPN+ starring the future Hall-of-Fame signal-caller. The series features Manning traveling across the country to visit some of the most historic places the NFL world has to offer. Manning and his guests even recreate iconic moments throughout NFL annals, including “The Immaculate Reception.”
“Peyton is a football legend and has contributed so much to the game throughout his career, making him the perfect steward to take fans on this journey through the 100-year history of the National Football League,” ESPN said in a recent news release. “His sense of humor, wit, and reverence for the traditions of football will produce wonderful stories for this series on ESPN+.”
Some might consider Favre and Manning the two greatest quarterbacks in NFL history. Both rank top-four all-time in completions, passing yards, and passing touchdowns, while Favre's three total MVP awards are second to Manning's five.
