Wheels up for Von Miller and the Rams defense. Miller spoke about how he doesn't even think about the ankle anymore, noting that the Rams handled his injury perfectly through the bye week.
It sure sounds like Miller is ready to be a full go and wreak havoc on opposing quarterbacks, starting in Week 12 against banged-up Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
That's great news for a Rams defense that has accumulated the fifth-most sacks in the NFL largely without the services of Miller.
While not quite the caliber pass rusher he was as the Super Bowl MVP for the Denver Broncos, Miller can still be a game-changer, especially when healthy, which now appears to be the case.
The Rams could use an assist from their defense, given how their offense has sputtered in recent weeks. Von Miller getting healthy at the right time is the first step towards that.
