The beginning of Quinton Dunbar's time with the Seattle Seahawks is off to a shaky start, with him having an arrest warrant issued for him. In response to the warrant, Dunbar's lawyer spoke about his client's armed robbery charges:

“The affidavits are the exact opposite of what they told the police two days ago,” said Grieco, via the Seattle Times, who said he was approached Friday by the five witnesses who wanted to say Dunbar was not involved. He said he presented the affidavits Friday to the Broward County State Attorney’s Office (a spokeswoman for the AG’s office told the Times Friday they had no comment until they reviewed all the evidence).

The original report that surfaced earlier this week stated that Dunbar robbed multiple people of watches and cash. In addition, Deandre Baker of the New York Giants was an accomplice. However, since then, some witnesses have attested that Dunbar didn't commit any crimes.

Despite the conflicting reports, an arrest warrant is still out on Dunbar. At the same time, it doesn't appear that the Seahawks' veteran cornerback will turn himself in to the police.

Unlike Dunbar, Baker turned himself in to the police on Saturday morning. Though, similarly to Dunbar, Baker's lawyer claims that his client didn't commit any crimes.

As of this moment, Baker and Dunbar should be considered innocent until proven guilty. Just as expected, both parties are claiming they didn't commit any wrongdoing. With Baker turning himself in, the truth could be revealed.

Earlier this offseason, Dunbar was traded to the Seahawks after five seasons with the Washington Redskins. Regardless of what everyone thinks, Dunbar's lawyer believes that Dunbar will be exonerated soon.
