There won't be any rest days for Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady as he is set to play in their final game of the regular season against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 17 proceedings.

He will reportedly receive a $562,500 incentive if he manages to finish in the top five passing yards this season, per ESPN‘s Adam Schefter.

Heading to the final week of the regular season, Tom Brady is currently sitting at fifth place with a total of 4,234 passing yards. His opponent on Sunday in Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is ahead of him at fourth place with 4,316 yards of his own.

Buffalo Bills gunslinger Josh Allen currently finds himself at the third spot with 4,320 yards while Deshaun Watson of the Houston Texans holds a comfortable lead with a total of 4,458 yards for second place. Topping the list is Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes who is heads and shoulders above his counterparts with 4,740 yards.

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers currently hold a 10-5 record along with a three-game winning streak heading to the game. They are projected to own the fifth seed and have already clinched a wild-card spot in the NFC Bracket. However, a loss against the Falcons could even drop them down to the sixth seed.

On the opposite end of the field, the Atlanta-based squad is entering the final game of the season with a four-game losing skid, accounting for a 4-11 win-loss tally. They are already eliminated from the playoffs and are only aiming to conclude their campaign on a positive note.

Against a struggling opponent, Tom Brady is expected to tighten his grip on the fifth spot in total passing yards and gain a winning momentum for his team heading to the upcoming playoffs.
